Job description
- Support manufacturing clients by helping them adopt and utilize an AI-powered manufacturing data platform.
- Solve complex operational challenges through strategic data utilization across the manufacturing value chain.
- Propose and implement operational improvement plans (PDCA cycles).
- Collaborate with internal engineers to enhance product functionality and maximize customer value.
- Design and standardize frameworks for Customer Success operations.
- Balance customer value delivery and business growth by designing and executing account strategies.
Requirement
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of experience working with enterprise-level clients in roles such as consulting, sales, SIer, Customer Success, or startup management.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in leading proposals to senior executives at large enterprises
- Deep knowledge or experience in manufacturing industries
- Hands-on experience implementing ERP or SCM systems for manufacturing clients
- Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments, take initiative, and improve processes proactively
- Strong passion for solving client problems and delivering value
- Able to collaborate with product teams and provide constructive feedback

Benefits
- Annual Salary: ¥5,900,000 – ¥9,700,000 (based on experience and skills)
- Stock Options: granted to all employees
- Salary Review: twice per year
- Includes: 45 hours of fixed overtime pay (unless hired as a managerial employee)
Allowances:
- Commuting allowance (up to ¥30,000/month based on days worked onsite)
- Child allowance: ¥15,000/month per dependent under age 18

- 2 full days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays
