Job description

  • Support manufacturing clients by helping them adopt and utilize an AI-powered manufacturing data platform.
  • Solve complex operational challenges through strategic data utilization across the manufacturing value chain.
  • Propose and implement operational improvement plans (PDCA cycles).
  • Collaborate with internal engineers to enhance product functionality and maximize customer value.
  • Design and standardize frameworks for Customer Success operations.
  • Balance customer value delivery and business growth by designing and executing account strategies.

Requirement

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience working with enterprise-level clients in roles such as consulting, sales, SIer, Customer Success, or startup management.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in leading proposals to senior executives at large enterprises
  • Deep knowledge or experience in manufacturing industries
  • Hands-on experience implementing ERP or SCM systems for manufacturing clients
  • Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments, take initiative, and improve processes proactively
  • Strong passion for solving client problems and delivering value
  • Able to collaborate with product teams and provide constructive feedback

Benefits

  • Annual Salary: ¥5,900,000 – ¥9,700,000 (based on experience and skills)
  • Stock Options: granted to all employees
  • Salary Review: twice per year
  • Includes: 45 hours of fixed overtime pay (unless hired as a managerial employee)

Allowances:

  • Commuting allowance (up to ¥30,000/month based on days worked onsite)
  • Child allowance: ¥15,000/month per dependent under age 18

  • 2 full days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays
  • Paid vacation (granted after 6 months)

Work time

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
