Job description

  • Lead all business development and sales operations for the SaaS product "Drawer" (a drawing data cloud platform).
  • Start by directly engaging in enterprise sales to fully understand the product, then gradually expand to full sales leadership responsibilities.
  • Responsible for setting and executing sales strategies to build a scalable organization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, marketing, inside sales, and product teams to drive growth across the organization.

Business Context:

  • The product is not in a "sells itself" phase; it requires strategic and structured go-to-market execution.
  • The business is in a high-growth stage with plans for global expansion, especially into the U.S.
  • This role operates directly under the CEO in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Requirement

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience leading revenue growth and penetrating large enterprise clients
  • Outstanding personal sales achievements
  • Hands-on experience in building and managing sales teams
  • Track record in scaling B2B businesses in high-growth environments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in developing and executing business strategy
  • Knowledge or network in the manufacturing industry
  • Background in SaaS products
  • Experience launching or managing new businesses
  • Prior experience in startups or high-ambiguity environments
  • Accumulated expertise in manufacturing-related domains

Benefits

  • Annual Salary: ¥12.5M – ¥18M (depending on experience and performance)
  • Performance-based variable compensation (no upper limit)

Allowances:

  • Commuting expenses: Up to ¥30,000/month
