Job description
As a member of the Talent Acquisition team under the technical division, you will be responsible for the recruitment of English-speaking engineers. Your role goes beyond headcount growth; you will work closely with executives and managers to build a high-performing and scalable engineering organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute engineer recruitment strategies
- Utilize a wide range of recruitment methods
- Plan and operate recruitment branding and marketing activities

Requirement
Must-have:
- Passion and high interest in organization building and recruitment
- Proven success in recruitment or a related field
- Business-level English (IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL iBT 80+)
- Business-level Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1)
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with recruitment or job searching in non-Japanese markets
- Experience hiring engineers/designers
- Experience in difficult-to-fill roles
- Strong business background in sales or marketing

Benefits
Salary Range:
- Manager/Leader: 7M–13M JPY/year
- Member: 4.5M–6.5M JPY/year
(Stock options may be granted based on grade)
- Salary reviewed twice a year
- Includes 45 hours of fixed overtime (not applied to managers)

- Employment type: Full-time (3-month probation, no change in terms)
