Job description

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team under the technical division, you will be responsible for the recruitment of English-speaking engineers. Your role goes beyond headcount growth; you will work closely with executives and managers to build a high-performing and scalable engineering organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute engineer recruitment strategies
  • Utilize a wide range of recruitment methods
  • Plan and operate recruitment branding and marketing activities

Requirement

Must-have:

  • Passion and high interest in organization building and recruitment
  • Proven success in recruitment or a related field
  • Business-level English (IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL iBT 80+)
  • Business-level Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1)

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with recruitment or job searching in non-Japanese markets
  • Experience hiring engineers/designers
  • Experience in difficult-to-fill roles
  • Strong business background in sales or marketing

Benefits

Salary Range:

  • Manager/Leader: 7M–13M JPY/year
  • Member: 4.5M–6.5M JPY/year

(Stock options may be granted based on grade)

  • Salary reviewed twice a year
  • Includes 45 hours of fixed overtime (not applied to managers)

Workstyle & Location

  • Location: Tokyo (Hybrid work)
  • Employment type: Full-time (3-month probation, no change in terms)

  • Commuting allowance up to 30,000 JPY/month
