Job description

  • Develop and execute a recruitment plan to hire more than 100 engineers annually to expand the global organization.
  • This is not just about increasing the quantity but also requires close coordination with the Engineering Manager to ensure productivity in development and effective organizational growth.
  • Design and implement recruitment operations activities.
  • Execute a global recruitment strategy.
  • Develop and implement recruitment communication/marketing strategies.

Requirement

Manager/Leader:

  • Experience in recruiting for mid-level or higher positions.
  • Proven track record in recruitment success.
  • Experience in developing recruitment plans based on business strategies.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to attract a diverse range of candidates.

Staff:

  • At least one of the following experiences:
  • Mid-level recruiting or new graduate recruiting experience.
  • Experience in starting new graduate recruitment processes.
  • Experience as a career advisor or recruiting advisor.
  • Experience in organizing and managing recruitment events.
  • Sales or marketing experience with a strong data-driven mindset.

Preferred:

  • Experience in recruiting engineers or supporting IT engineering recruitment.
  • Strong experience in direct recruiting.
  • Experience in driving employee referral recruitment.
  • Global recruitment experience or business-level proficiency in English.
  • Experience in creating media content (interviews, articles, etc.).
  • Experience in IT, SaaS, or related industries.

Qualities:

  • Deep empathy for the company’s mission, vision, and culture.
  • A strong sense of social problem-solving.
  • Abstract thinking and hypothesis-building skills.
  • Quick to experiment and take action.
  • Proactive and committed to working with the team to solve problems to the end.

Benefits

Salary (depending on experience and position level):

  • Manager/Leader: ¥6.5 million ~ ¥9.5 million/year
  • Member: ¥4.5 million ~ ¥8 million/year

Includes 45 hours of overtime allowance (except for senior managers).

Salary review twice a year.

Stock options may be offered.

Allowances:

  • Travel expenses support (up to ¥30,000/month)
  • Child allowance: ¥15,000/month/child (under 18 years old)

Leave Policy:

  • Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off
  • Paid leave (after 6 months)
  • Special leave upon joining (3 days)
  • Summer leave (3 days, can be chosen between July–December)
