Job description
- Lead technical decision-making and overall frontend architecture design across multiple products/development teams
- Develop and promote a frontend technical strategy aligned with business and product strategies
- Design and develop a sustainable frontend foundation that is maintainable, scalable, and improves team productivity
- Identify and drive the resolution of cross-team technical challenges
- Keep up with frontend technology trends, evaluate, and propose the adoption of suitable technologies
- For the first few months, focus on developing customer-facing features to understand the products and build relationships
Requirement
Frontend development expertise and experience leading development (technology selection, requirements definition, architecture design)
Experience solving issues that arise during product or project development/delivery
Fluent business communication skills in Japanese (ability to complete daily tasks in Japanese)
