After job seekers and employers have successfully resolved a dispute, they are obligated to report the resolution to the administration of JapanViec.com. In cases where a resolution conflict arises, and the fault lies with the employer, JapanViec.com will take measures such as issuing a warning, suspending the account, or transferring the case to the relevant legal authority depending on the level of violation. JapanViec.com will terminate and remove all job content postings from that employer on JapanViec.com.


If through negotiation, the conflict arising between the job seeker and the employer cannot be resolved, either party has the right to seek intervention from the competent legal authority to ensure the legal interests of both parties.
