  • Step 2: The Customer Support or Business Department will receive and address members’ concerns. These departments proactively work to quickly resolve and respond to the outcomes of complaints based on the company’s published policies.
  • Step 3: Depending on the level of the violation, the company will provide appropriate measures. In cases where both parties cannot reach a common ground through negotiation, the company will bring this case to the relevant state authority for legal resolution. The resolution time for complaints is within 3 days from the date of receiving the complaint.

Therefore, it is requested that members posting job advertisements on the platform provide complete, accurate, honest, and detailed information related to job content. Any fraudulent or deceptive behavior is condemned and will be held fully accountable under the law.


All parties, including job seekers and employers, are required to play a responsible role in actively resolving issues. Employers, in particular, are responsible for providing authenticated documentation related to the situation causing concerns for job seekers. JapanViec.com will be responsible for providing information related to job seekers and employers if requested by either party (related to the dispute).


After job seekers and employers have successfully resolved a dispute, they are obligated to report the resolution to the administration of JapanViec.com. In cases where a resolution conflict arises, and the fault lies with the employer, JapanViec.com will take measures such as issuing a warning, suspending the account, or transferring the case to the relevant legal authority depending on the level of violation. JapanViec.com will terminate and remove all job content postings from that employer on JapanViec.com.


If through negotiation, the conflict arising between the job seeker and the employer cannot be resolved, either party has the right to seek intervention from the competent legal authority to ensure the legal interests of both parties.
