Job description
- Support clients in driving essential business growth by redesigning core operations such as design, procurement, and production.
- Engage directly with executive-level clients, supporting them from strategy formulation through execution.
- Build cross-functional structures that connect fragmented departments and data systems.
- Collaborate with internal product teams to improve offerings based on client insights.
- Create tailored plans based on the client’s implementation phase and lead upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Standardize frameworks and processes to ensure client success can be repeated.
Requirement
Must-Have:
- 3+ years leading problem-solving projects with executive or business decision-makers
- At least one of the following experiences:
- Project lead experience in strategic, business, or IT consulting
- Enterprise SaaS or IT product implementation/support (e.g. CS, PMM)
- B2B business planning, BizDev, or solution sales focused on structural issues
- Practical experience in manufacturing (procurement, design, production, etc.)
- Experience launching a business, building operations, or designing customer strategies in a startup
Nice-to-Have:
- Led proposals addressing structural issues for enterprise-level executives
- Hands-on transformation through business design, process improvement, or IT/system implementation in manufacturing
- Led ERP/SCM implementation or requirements definition for manufacturing clients
- Deep understanding of manufacturing operations such as design, procurement, production, and quality
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
