Job description
You will be responsible for UX research and UX design. Taking into account various perspectives from business, operations, and development, your mission is to break down the product vision in a way that stakeholders can understand and demonstrate what the product should be like in the coming years, thus creating value for the product.
Additionally, as part of the future product growth, organizing the UI/UX designer team, developing design policies, and building a design system are important challenges. You will be expected to collaborate with other designers on these tasks.
Specific tasks expected include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting various qualitative and quantitative research (user research, log analysis, inquiry analysis, etc.).
- Creating user journey maps, personas, wireframes, and prototypes.

Requirement
Required Qualifications:
- Experience leading the entire UX design process (user research, prototyping, user testing, etc.) and delivering results.
- Experience using at least one major design tool (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
- Fluent business communication skills in Japanese.
- Ability to complete daily tasks in Japanese, including text communication and meetings.
- Example: JLPT N1 level or approximately 3 years of work experience in a Japanese-speaking environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in UX research and UX design for web services, especially for B2B products.
- Experience participating in Scrum teams.
- Experience working at a venture or startup company.
- Experience working in a multicultural, multilingual environment.
- Business-level English proficiency.
Benefits
Salary:
- The expected annual salary upon joining the company ranges from 7 million yen to 12 million yen.
- Salary increase twice a year.
- The annual salary will be divided by 12 and paid as a fixed monthly salary.

- Up to 30,000 yen per month, paid according to the number of days worked in the office.

- We have several members based outside of the metropolitan area, including Chubu, Kansai, and Kyushu. If you prefer to work in the office, you are welcome to use the office at any time.
