Job description

Requirement

Required

  • Over 7 years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Experience in designing and developing web applications using statically typed languages.
  • Ability to autonomously lead Platform Engineering or equivalent Tech Lead experience.
  • Fluent business-level communication skills in Japanese (e.g., JLPT N2 or equivalent experience).

Preferred

  • Business-level English skills are welcomed but not mandatory.
  • Experience in operating container technologies like Kubernetes.
  • Practical experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
  • Designing and operating CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in designing and managing distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud systems and services.
  • Monitoring system setup and operations with tools like Datadog.
  • Hands-on experience in data engineering such as data pipelines (ETL).
  • Platform Engineering experience in teams of 50+ engineers.


Benefits

Salary:

  • The expected annual salary upon joining the company ranges from 8,5 million yen to 12 million yen.
  • Salary increase twice a year.
  • The annual salary will be divided by 12 and paid as a fixed monthly salary.

  • Up to 30,000 yen per month, paid according to the number of days worked in the office.

  • We have several members based outside of the metropolitan area, including Chubu, Kansai, and Kyushu. If you prefer to work in the office, you are welcome to use the office at any time.
