Job description
- Develop and operate self-service tools and platforms to reduce cognitive load on developers.
- Improve development processes and environments, not limited to providing new tools.
- Collaborate with developers to increase the value provided.
- Depending on experience and preferences, you may be assigned to other teams.
Requirement
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience autonomously promoting platform engineering or equivalent to a Tech Lead.
- Experience designing and developing web applications in a statically typed language.
- At least 7 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Business-level English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating container technologies such as Kubernetes.
- Experience practicing Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience designing and operating distributed systems.
- Experience designing and operating systems using Google Cloud.
- Experience designing and operating monitoring platforms such as Datadog.
- Conversational-level Japanese proficiency (N2 or higher).
