Job description
- Develop systems such as data management platforms or AI-powered quotation tools.
- Collaborate with PdMs, designers, and engineers from a user-centric perspective.
- Formulate technical strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead technology selection and architecture design across frontend and backend.
- Define requirements, design UI/data based on product strategy.
- Maximize product value through new feature development.
- Improve design considering UX and business needs.
- Design infrastructure for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Handle non-functional requirements like security and performance.
Requirement
Must-have
- Technical leadership in full-stack development.
- Proven experience in solving delivery-related project/product challenges.
- Fluent Japanese communication skills (e.g., JLPT N2 level with 3+ years work experience in Japan).
- 7+ years of experience in frontend/backend development.
- Led development from frontend to infrastructure with tech decision-making.
- Experience improving productivity (e.g., CI/CD with Docker, coding conventions).
Nice-to-have
- Backend experience using statically-typed languages.
- UI/UX design experience (including working with designers).
- Led process improvement based on Scrum/Agile.
- Experience with large-scale systems, DDD, or microservices.
- Knowledge in secure web app development.
- Business-level English proficiency.
