Job description
You will be responsible for UI design for the product.. Your mission is to collaborate with stakeholders (such as Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Engineers) from various perspectives including business, operations, and development, to devise and implement effective UI solutions that maximize product value and drive customer behavior change.
Additionally, as part of future product growth, you will work on organizing the design team and building a design system alongside UI design tasks.
Specific expected tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Designing visual elements such as interface concepts, color schemes, typography, and icon design.
- Using prototyping and animation to design dynamic interactions.
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., user research, log analysis, inquiry analysis) and optimizing UI based on feedback.
- Considering and implementing cross-platform designs.

Requirement
Required Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of UI design principles and tools.
- Experience in screen design and UI design using major design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
- Experience handling the full UI design process, from communication with stakeholders, concept design, implementation, to feedback collection and improvement, with at least 3 years of practical experience.
- Fluent business communication skills in Japanese.
- Ability to complete daily tasks in Japanese, including text communication and meetings.
- Example: JLPT N1 level or approximately 3 years of work experience in a Japanese-speaking environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in UI design for web services, particularly B2B products.
- Experience participating in Scrum teams.
- Experience working at a venture or startup company.
- Experience working in a multicultural, multilingual environment.
- Business-level English proficiency.
Benefits
Salary:
- The expected annual salary upon joining the company ranges from 7 million yen to 12 million yen.
- Salary increase twice a year.
- The annual salary will be divided by 12 and paid as a fixed monthly salary.

- Up to 30,000 yen per month, paid according to the number of days worked in the office.
