Job Description:

Overview: With increasing awareness of environmental issues, manufacturers are expected to promote products and services with minimal environmental impact.
There have been numerous requests for LCA evaluation positions for both companies and products.
After joining the company, you will undergo 2 months of internal training to acquire basic knowledge and work with manufacturing clients in the Kanto area.
You will start with calculating CO2 emissions per product and, after accumulating practical analysis experience, you will handle not only analysis but also impact assessment and interpretation of analysis results.
Ultimately, you will aim to become a consultant for analysis and problem-solving, including scenario development and improvement proposals.

We want to propose not only calculation services but also productivity improvement and work process construction for our clients.
To achieve this, proposals through project and team structures are effective, so we have started recruiting for management positions.

Expected Tasks:

Calculation Practice:
Ensure the successful completion of requested tasks (on time, quality control) and negotiate conditions.
Investigate the weight and materials of parts, energy consumption.
Use systems for environmental assessment, data analysis, and document preparation.
Calculate the CO2 emissions of the entire company.
Internal Tasks:
Manage subordinates when forming teams.
Share information with the internal sales and training departments.

Work Location:

The initial work location is expected to be within the Kanto area.
The initial placement will be determined after fully considering your preferred location and suitability.
Scope of Location Change: Location assigned by the company.

Requirement

Mandatory:

Practical experience in project management (industry, years of experience, or project size is not required).
Sales experience: Experience in proposing and negotiating with corporate clients using proposals and presentations (intangible products are welcome).
Call center experience: Experience in management (PM, LDR), operation design, or improvement. Additionally, experience in reporting and proposing to customers.
Consulting experience: Experience in building and improving work processes, regardless of experience area.
Back office experience: Experience in planning, work design, and work improvement. Or experience in coordinating and managing progress among multiple stakeholders.
You can leverage your experience in data analysis, planning and proposal, negotiation with customers, and document preparation (proposals, manuals, etc.).

Preferred:

Practical experience in using VBA and macros.
Background in science or engineering.
