Job description
Job Overview:
- Responsible for design and development of automobiles, robots, and home appliances.
- Tasks are assigned based on the candidate's experience and preferences.
Job Details:
■ Electronic Circuit Design:
- Circuit design for switches, sensor input, display, lighting control, actuator control, communication (wired and wireless), video data communication, microcontroller, power supply, sensor output, etc.
■ EMC Noise Evaluation:
- Emission, immunity, and assessment of countermeasure effectiveness.
■ IC Development:
- FPGA, ASIC (digital circuit design).
■ Analysis: heat, electromagnetic fields.
Initial work location:
- Assigned in the Kyushu area.
- Possible future transfers to other areas (Kanto, Tokai, Kansai, Kyushu) with relocation.
- The initial assignment will be determined after full consideration of the candidate's preferences and suitability.
Requirement
Required:
- Experience in analog and digital circuit design and development.
- Experience in circuit design and testing/evaluation of circuits.
Preferred:
- Project management experience.
- Experience in automotive design, industrial equipment, and industrial robot design.
- Experience with design, analysis, and verification tools.
- Experience with model-based design, C language development experience (at the implementation level).
- Experience in RTL design.

Salary:
Monthly salary from 250,000 yen to 508,000 yen.
Reference amounts, actual salary will be based on experience and ability, in accordance with company policy.

Salary Increase:
Once per year (April).
Bonus:
Twice per year (June and December).
Annual income examples:
4.6 million yen for a 25-year-old.
5.87 million yen for a 30-year-old.
6.3 million yen for a 35-year-old.
7 million yen for a 40-year-old (including 30 hours of overtime per month).
Work time
9:00 ~ 18:00 (8 hours actual work).
Some assignments may have flexible working hours.
Overtime allowance is 100%
