Job description

Job Summary:

Responsible for designing and developing products in automotive, aerospace, robotics, home appliances, etc.
Tasks will be assigned based on experience and preferences.

Job Details:

Automotive-related: Design of body, chassis, exterior, interior parts, engines, power transmission, brake units, air conditioning, EV/HV/FCV design (batteries, capacitors, motors), wiring harness design.
Aerospace-related: Design of wings, tail, fuselage, engines, and interior equipment of airplanes; tail structures and engines of helicopters; engines and power devices of rockets.
Industrial and consumer equipment: Design of generators, electric motors, transformers, processing machines, transportation devices, office equipment, consumer electronics, medical devices, and other industrial machinery.
Analysis: Structural, stress, vibration, noise, collision, thermal, and fluid analysis.

Work Location:

Initially assigned to Tokai are. Future transfers to Kanto, Tokai, Kansai, and other locations across Japan.
The initial location will be decided based on the applicant's preferences and suitability.

Requirement

Required: Experience in mechanical design, evaluation, analysis, and CAD operations. Experience with one of the following CAD software: CATIA V5, NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD.

Preferred: Experience with CATIA V5 or NX, project management experience, design of plastic parts.

Salary and Bonuses:

Monthly salary: 250,000 - 508,000 JPY
Annual salary increase in April and biannual bonuses (June and December).
Annual salary example: 4.6 million JPY (25 years old), 5.87 million JPY (30 years old), 6.3 million JPY (35 years old), 7 million JPY (40 years old).
