Job description
Job Description:
Responsible for design and development work for automobiles, robots, and household appliances. The work will be assigned based on your experience and preferences.
Detailed Duties:
■ Automobile-related (passenger cars, commercial vehicles, special vehicles):
- Autonomous driving
- EV/FCV/HV
- Engine
- Transmission
- Car navigation systems
- Various meters
- ECU software development and model-based development (MATLAB, Simulink)
■ Robot and medical-related:
- Robot operation application development
- Industrial robots
- Life support robots
- Medical devices
- Medical robots
■ Aircraft, household appliances, housing, and train-related:
- Artificial satellites
- Air conditioners
- Printers
- AV equipment
- Security systems
- Karaoke communication equipment, network devices
- Transformers
- Automatic recognition equipment
Initial Work Location:
- Initially assigned in the Kanto area.
- Potential transfers nationwide (mainly Kanto, Tokai, Kansai, Kyushu).
- The initial assignment will be determined based on the applicant’s preferences and suitability.
Requirement
■ Required:
- Experience in embedded control development (requirement definition, design, programming, evaluation)
- Design experience in one of the following programming languages: C, C#, C++, VC++, Python, Java
■ Preferred:
- Project management experience
- Experience in automotive system development
- Experience in robot development
- Experience in Windows or Linux application development
- Experience using MATLAB/Simulink
- Experience in web application development, network, and system development
- Android, iOS development experience

Salary:
- Monthly salary: 250,000 - 508,000 yen
- Annual salary increases (April)
- Bonuses twice a year (June, December)
- Example annual income:
- 4.6 million yen (25 years old)
- 5.87 million yen (30 years old)
- 6.3 million yen (35 years old)
- 7 million yen (40 years old)
- (Including 30 hours of overtime)
Work time
- 9:00 am ~ 6:00 pm (8 hours actual working time)
- Working hours may vary depending on the assigned location.
- Some locations may apply a flex-time system.
- Overtime pay is 100%.
