Job description
This role is responsible for promoting and developing our company’s guide community project, “JapanWonderGuide (JWG)”!
What is “JapanWonderGuide (JWG)”?
Launched in 2020, JWG is a growing guide community consisting primarily of licensed national tour guides. It currently has over 3,000 members.
With the belief that "Tourism is about people," JWG operates under the slogan "Make Japanese guides the best in the world" by offering a variety of content and services to help guides thrive and provide guests with meaningful experiences.
◇ Main Responsibilities ◇
- Plan and execute strategies to improve member satisfaction within the JWG community
- Plan and manage promotions and E-learning content for paid subscribers (over 600 members)
- Organize events to strengthen collaboration between guides and corporate partners
- Engage in sales activities to expand corporate partnerships
- Launch a recruitment/business matching service connecting guests, travel agencies, and guides

Requirement
【Required Qualifications】
- Experience in one or more of the following: community management, sales, or marketing
- Experience in launching and monetizing new businesses
【Preferred Qualifications】
- Interest in the tourism or guiding industry
- Experience with job advertisements or matching/recruitment services
- Experience managing a team of 3 or more people
- Experience in content production or direction
