Job description
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inquiries from property owners of vacation rentals and unmanned hotels, as well as real estate agencies
- Conduct proposal-based sales targeting real estate investors and corporate clients
- Collaborate with sales managers and the team to plan and execute sales strategies

Requirement
【Required Qualifications】
- Practical experience in real estate-related fields (sales, rental, vacation rental operations, property management, etc.)
- Basic IT skills, including use of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
【Preferred / Advantageous Qualifications】
- Holder of a real estate transaction agent license (宅地建物取引士)
- Experience in business development in hotels or lodging facilities
- Sales experience in either B2C or B2B contexts
