Job description
◇ Job Responsibilities ◇
- Plan and execute BtoC marketing initiatives for the Travel Division or Accommodation Management Division
- Develop customer acquisition strategies targeting inbound tourists from Europe, the Americas, Oceania, and Asia
- Operate online advertising, SEO/MEO, social media, and OTA campaigns
- Improve website performance, optimize entry forms (EFO), and manage creative production and direction
- Nurture customers through the use of MA (Marketing Automation) and CRM tools
- Establish promotional budgets and analyze effectiveness
- Propose product improvement measures that enhance service quality

- Hands-on marketing experience in the tourism and accommodation sectors
- Experience developing promotional strategies for multinational customer segments
- Skills in independently creating and improving initiatives from scratch in an autonomous environment

Requirement
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of practical marketing experience at a company
- Marketing experience across multiple business models
- Experience operating PDCA cycles using Excel or Google Spreadsheets

- Conversational-level English (useful in designing strategies for inbound tourists)
