Job description
◇ Job Responsibilities ◇
- Plan and execute customer acquisition strategies for the Accommodation Management Division
- Implement promotional campaigns targeting real estate companies and individual property owners
- Utilize online advertising, SEO, social media, trade shows, and seminars
- Manage creative direction and improve website performance (Entry Form Optimization - EFO)
- Automate marketing efforts using MA/CRM tools
- Set and manage promotional budgets
- Conduct market and competitor research, analyze effectiveness of campaigns, and propose improvements

Requirement

- At least 3 years of practical marketing experience in a business setting
- Experience across multiple business models
- Analytical and improvement skills using Excel or Google Spreadsheets
