⚫︎ Propose and win projects for local governments, public organizations, and businesses
⚫︎ Design, implement, and evaluate various projects' strategies
⚫︎ Team management (playing both a managerial and hands-on role)
⚫︎ Build long-term relationships and design proposals for the next year

Requirement
Required Qualifications:
⚫︎ Experience in bidding, proposal writing, or project management related to regional revitalization or similar fields
Preferred Qualifications:
⚫︎ Practical experience in the tourism industry or as a tour guide
⚫︎ Experience in sales consulting
⚫︎ Experience in team management
⚫︎ Business-level English skills
