Job description
-- ◇ What will you do? ◇ --
⚫︎ Plan and propose interior design for vacation rentals and unmanned hotel properties
⚫︎ Select and procure furniture and decor items according to the design concept
⚫︎ Meet with clients and internal teams to adjust designs
⚫︎ Manage costs, adjust delivery schedules, and coordinate procurement and delivery schedules
⚫︎ Administrative tasks related to design (document preparation, reporting, etc.)

⚫︎ Luxury villas and vacation homes

⚫︎ Be involved in the entire process of creating spaces for accommodation facilities serving inbound tourists
⚫︎ Your design will be remembered as part of the "travel memories" of guests
⚫︎ Work in a small, elite team where you can propose and execute with autonomy
Requirement
Required Qualifications:
⚫︎ Interest and passion for interior design
⚫︎ Experience using CAD and 3D tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
⚫︎ Independent interior design experience (portfolio submission required)
Preferred Qualifications:
⚫︎ Experience in interior design for accommodation or rental properties
⚫︎ Certification as an Interior Designer or Color Coordinator
Ideal Candidate:
⚫︎ Someone who wants to deliver new experiences to travelers through design
⚫︎ Someone with the ability to plan and execute from concept to completion independently
⚫︎ Someone skilled in clear communication and teamwork
