Job description
[Job Overview]
- This role involves production engineering tasks at major manufacturers of automobiles, aircraft, home appliances, and other products. Specifically, the job includes developing new production technologies, improving production systems, determining processing procedures, deciding on and designing production equipment, designing jigs, conducting operational tests, and improving production lines. (The specific tasks will be determined based on your past experience and preferences.)
Project Examples:
- Development and maintenance of processing steps in brake production.
- Production engineering tasks in automotive painting processes.
- Design and manufacturing of production equipment for power tools.
- Production equipment design for construction machinery and aircraft.
- Production engineering tasks in the assembly process of various products.
[Initial Work Location]
- Initial assignment is expected to be within the Tokai region. Future transfers may involve relocation to other regions across Japan, including Kanto, Tokai, Kansai, and Kyushu. The initial assignment will be decided after thoroughly considering your preferred location and suitability.
Requirement
Mandatory Requirements:
- More than 1 year of practical experience in production engineering.
- Able to commute by car.
Preferred Candidates:
- Those with over 3 years of experience in a single job role.
- Experience in 3D CAD modeling (type of CAD software does not matter).

- Salary Review: Once a year (April).
- Bonuses: Twice a year (June, December).
- A higher salary range is available depending on specialization.
- Salary Examples: 4.6 million yen/year at age 25, 5.87 million yen/year at age 30, 6.3 million yen/year at age 35, 7 million yen/year at age 40 (including 30 hours of overtime).
Work time
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Actual working hours: 8 hours).
Working hours may vary depending on the assigned location.
A flexible working hours system is available depending on the assigned location.
