Initial Location
- Initial assignment is expected within the North Kanto area.
- Future relocations may include transfers across Kanto, Tokai, Kansai, Kyushu, and other regions.
- Initial placement will be decided based on your preferred location and suitability.
Requirement
Required (MUST)
- Experience in model-based development
- Experience with MathWorks products
- Experience with dSPACE products for more than 1 year
Preferred (WANT)
- Knowledge in any of the following fields and the following experiences:
- Project management experience
- Experience with CATIA V5
- Experience with NX
- Experience in designing resin parts (interior/exterior)
- 8+ years of model and drawing experience
- PLC design experience in industrial machinery
- Design experience with industrial equipment and industrial robots
- Experience with various design, analysis, and verification tools
- Experience in model-based design and C language development (implementation level acceptable)
- RTL design experience
- Experience in automotive development
- Experience in robot development
- Experience in Windows application development and Linux development
- Experience in web application development
- Experience in network and system development
- Experience in Android and iOS development
Salary
- Monthly salary: ¥250,000 - ¥508,000
- The above figures are for reference. The final amount will be determined based on experience and ability according to company regulations.
- The monthly salary includes a contribution allowance.
- Salary Review: Once a year (April)
- Bonus: Twice a year (June, December)
- There are salary tables above the expected annual income due to enhanced specialization.
- Annual Income Examples:
- ¥4,600,000 / 25 years old
- ¥5,870,000 / 30 years old
- ¥6,300,000 / 35 years old
- ¥7,000,000 / 40 years old
- (Including 30 hours of overtime)
