Job description

Expected Tasks: You will be responsible for engine installation design at a construction machinery manufacturer. The details are as follows:

Consideration of layout for engine replacement in excavators.
Layout of engine, cooling system, intake system, and exhaust system.
Performance evaluation of engine installation (cooling, intake and exhaust resistance, intercooler performance, etc.).
Coordination with engine suppliers on engine installation requirements.

Initial Location: Initial assignment is expected to be in Hiroshima Prefecture, Hiroshima City. Future transfers with relocation may occur nationwide, focusing on Kanto, Tokai, Kansai, and Kyushu areas. The initial assignment location will be determined based on your preferences and suitability. The company will bear the relocation costs for single employees moving to Hiroshima Prefecture.

Requirement

Mandatory:

Over 1 year of experience with CATIA V5.
Experience in the above tasks (experience with passenger cars or commercial vehicles is also acceptable).
Ability to identify layout issues and communicate effectively with the supervisor at the client site.
Ability to conduct performance evaluation based on specified performance evaluation tools.
Ability to coordinate with engine suppliers on layout and performance requirements.
Ability to coordinate with related departments at the client site to solve issues.

Salary: Monthly salary ranging from 250,000 JPY to 508,000 JPY. The above amount is a reference. The final amount will be decided based on your experience and abilities according to our company's regulations. The monthly salary includes contribution allowances.

Salary Increase: Once a year (April)
Bonus: Twice a year (June and December)
Annual Salary Example: 4.6 million JPY for a 25-year-old, 5.87 million JPY for a 30-year-old, 6.3 million JPY for a 35-year-old, 7 million JPY for a 40-year-old (including 30 hours of overtime).
