【Job Overview】

The position is expected to be assigned to a customer site in Fukuoka Prefecture. The main work involves developing control software, particularly in areas such as automotive diagnostic software development and ECU (Electronic Control Unit) software development for construction machinery and vehicles. Career advancement opportunities will include handling various product projects in the future.

Note: This job posting considers multiple projects. Tasks will be assigned based on your experience and aspirations.

Requirement

【Essential Requirements】

Experience in embedded control development (requirements definition, design, programming, testing, etc.)
Experience in designing with one or more of the following programming languages: C, C#, C++, VB.NET

【Preferred Requirements】

Experience in leadership or project management
Experience in automotive development
Experience using MATLAB/Simulink
Knowledge of the V-model development process

【Number of Positions Available】 8 positions

Scope of work changes: Tasks as designated by the company

【Initial Assignment Location】

Expected to be at a client site in Fukuoka Prefecture
Future transfers may include locations nationwide, primarily in the Kanto, Tokai, and Kansai regions
The initial assignment will be determined based on your desired location and suitability, but suggestions outside of these may also be proposed.

【Salary】

Monthly salary: 250,000 – 508,000 yen
The above amounts are reference values. The final salary will be determined based on experience and ability, according to company regulations.
The monthly salary includes allowances.
【Salary Increase】Once a year (April)
【Bonus】Twice a year (June, December)
Depending on specialization, salary tables with higher annual income than the above may apply.
Example annual incomes:
4.6 million yen at age 25, 5.87 million yen at age 30, 6.3 million yen at age 35, 7 million yen at age 40 (including 30 hours of overtime)
