Job description

You will be responsible for quality management at a customer support center in Japan for a global OTA.


[Specific Responsibilities]

  • Monitoring response status across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Forecasting and analyzing contact volume and planning strategies
  • Analyzing and improving performance metrics
  • Executing real-time optimization strategies

CX Square Naha Office

DX-driven contact center

This is the contact center for a global OTA.

The center supports changes to reservations for airline tickets, hotels, and other travel-related services, primarily focused on Southeast Asia.

Requirement

[Required Qualifications]

  • Native-level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N1)
  • Comfortable with using English in work
  • PC skills (proficiency in Excel is essential)
  • Practical experience in a contact center or support center


[Preferred Qualifications]

  • Experience in data analysis
  • Experience with GDS systems
  • Experience in the travel industry
  • Overseas experience (study abroad/travel)
