Hotel Facility Management and Maintenance Work
<Specific Responsibilities>
- Repairs of buildings, guest rooms, and employee dormitories
- Management of equipment such as air conditioning, boilers, and refrigeration units
- Management of electricity, water, and gas systems
- Maintenance and management of hot springs
- Maintenance of disaster prevention center functions
- Other related tasks

- Experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, or equipment management
- Possession of qualifications such as:
- Class 3 Chief Electrical Engineer
- Boiler Engineer
- Class 3 High-Pressure Gas Manufacturing Safety Supervisor
- Class 4 Hazardous Materials Handler
