Job description
As part of the first entry into Japan by a major global OTA (Online Travel Agent), you will be entrusted with the establishment, operation, and management of the customer support center.

- Management of communicators
- Planning and conducting training programs
- Quality control (KPI/SLA)
- Handling escalations to the client (in English)
- Performance management (KPIs and SLAs)

DX-driven contact center
This is the contact center for a global OTA.
The center supports changes to reservations for airline tickets, hotels, and other travel-related services, primarily focused on Southeast Asia.
Requirement
[Required Qualifications]
- Practical experience in the tourism, hotel, or travel industry
- Native-level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N1)
- Comfortable with using English in work
- Basic PC operation skills
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Practical experience in the travel industry
- Management experience in a contact center
- Experience using GDS (Global Distribution System)
