Job description
You will perform a wide range of tasks, including inspecting and maintaining facilities to ensure that guests have a comfortable stay at the hotel.
This job supports the hotel with specialized knowledge and skills to create a safe and secure environment.
- Wallpaper repairs
- Replacing light bulbs
- Painting tasks
- Air conditioner repairs
- Pump repairs
- Machinery inspections
- Maintenance checks
- Daily patrols within the premises
- Managing hot spring facilities
- Electrical, air conditioning, and fire safety systems
- Inspecting various equipment and building systems, such as water supply and drainage systems
Requirement
- Those with experience in hotel or facility maintenance and repair are encouraged to utilize their experience.
- We also welcome individuals who wish to improve their skills!
Benefits
(Expected annual income: 2,340,000 yen or more) [Consideration given to experience and abilities]
*The above amount includes fixed overtime pay (20 to 25 hours, 23,400 yen to 35,200 yen).
Any excess will be paid in full.
