Job description
You will be responsible for reservation tasks at the Ryukyu Onsen Senagajima Hotel.
- Handling reservations via phone and internet.
- Entering reservation information and managing data.
- Responding to inquiries about various plans.
- Processing invoices, collecting data, PC input, answering phone calls, etc.
In addition, you will perform other related tasks as outlined above.
Requirement
Candidates with hotel front desk or reservation experience are welcome.
We also welcome those with no experience who have a cheerful attitude and a "let's try it first!" spirit.
