Job description
You will be responsible for cooking-related tasks at the restaurant of Senagajima Hotel.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cooking duties (including breakfast, light meals, dinner, teppanyaki)
- Ingredient preparation
- Dish plating
Details:
- Breakfast: Offering "Senaga Zen" meals made with plenty of Okinawan ingredients.
- Light Meals & Lounge: Serving light meals like pasta, pizza, curry, and desserts, along with dinner preparations.
- Dinner (Course & A la Carte) & Teppanyaki: Providing "Waryu Yosaku" creative fusion cuisine featuring Okinawan ingredients, with a variety of à la carte options. Teppanyaki dishes include black Wagyu beef and local Okinawan seafood.
Requirement
- Prefer applicants with experience in cooking at hotel restaurants (any cuisine type is acceptable).
- Passionate about creating delicious and beautifully presented dishes to delight customers.
- Concerned with hygiene management to ensure safe and clean food preparation.
