Job description
You will perform a wide range of tasks to ensure guests have a comfortable stay at the hotel, including inspecting, maintaining, and patrolling the entire facility.
This job supports the hotel by using specialized knowledge and skills to create a safe and secure environment.
- Wallpaper repair
- Light bulb replacement
- Painting work
- Air conditioner repair
- Pump repair
- Machinery inspection
- Maintenance checks
- Daily patrols within the hotel
- Management of hot spring facilities
- Inspection of electrical, HVAC, fire safety systems
- Inspection of plumbing and other equipment and building structures
Requirement
- Preferred: Those with experience in facility management and repairs in hotels or other facilities are encouraged to use their experience.
