Job description

Job Overview: You will be engaged in production technology work at major manufacturers of automobiles, aircraft, home appliances, etc. Specifically, your tasks will include developing new production technologies, improving production systems, determining processing procedures, selecting and designing production equipment, designing jigs, conducting operational tests, and improving production lines. (Tasks will be decided based on your experience and preferences.)

Example Projects:

Development and maintenance of the brake production process
Production technology work for automotive painting processes
Design and manufacturing of production equipment for power tools

Requirement

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience in production technology (equipment and process design).

Preferred Candidates:

Those with over three years of experience in a single role.
Experience with 3D CAD modeling (CAD type not specified)

Salary: Monthly salary ranging from 250,000 JPY to 508,000 JPY. The above amount is a reference. The final amount will be decided based on your experience and abilities according to our company's regulations. The monthly salary includes contribution allowances.

Salary Increase: Once a year (April)
Bonus: Twice a year (June and December)
Annual Salary Example: 4.6 million JPY for a 25-year-old, 5.87 million JPY for a 30-year-old, 6.3 million JPY for a 35-year-old, 7 million JPY for a 40-year-old (including 30 hours of overtime).
