Job description
Responsible for recruiting talent for product-related positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify recruitment needs and job requirements for each team.
- Plan and execute candidate attraction strategies through channels such as recruitment agencies, direct sourcing, media, and employee referrals.
- Improve the candidate experience and implement strategies to enhance closing rates.
- Promote employer branding and run referral campaigns.
Recruitment Targets:
- Engineers: Backend, Frontend, iOS, Android, Platform Engineer, Engineering Manager, Corporate IT.
- Product: Product Manager, Product Designer.
- Data: Data Analyst, Data Scientist, MLOps Engineer, Analytics Engineer.
Requirement
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in one of the following areas:
- IT/Web recruitment or working as a recruitment agency professional.
- Experience with direct sourcing through media channels or organizing recruitment events (e.g., tech meetups).
- Data-driven recruitment planning and execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in the SaaS or Web Engineering domains.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or BI tools.
- Strong communication skills, relationship building, and strategic thinking.
