Job description
- As a part of the development team, you will join from the early stages of product development and be responsible for the entire process from planning the test strategy to designing the test schedule and managing the execution of tests.
- This will create an environment where the team can confidently release the product. Specifically, you will manage the testing activities in parallel with specification formulation as the development progresses iteratively, ensuring that quality management is effectively carried out.
- After the product release approaches its final stages, you will lead the introduction of a DevOps-based QA process and build a system that enables the development team to autonomously manage quality control.
Requirement
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in software test management.
- Knowledge and experience in software testing.
- Test and QA experience in agile development.
- Over 3 years of experience in testing web services and mobile applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing and operating automated tests (e.g., E2E tests, component tests).
- Experience in selecting and implementing test tools.
- Coaching experience in software testing knowledge and design techniques.
- Experience in test analysis and management.
- Knowledge and experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience in improving MTTR (Mean Time to Recovery).

Work time
