Job description

Responsibilities:

Enhance the productivity of the product development team and manage the development and operation of a sustainable infrastructure.


Specific Tasks:

  • Build and operate system environments using public cloud services such as AWS and GCP.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in systems through software engineering.
  • Develop and manage tools to automate operations such as deployment and server setup.
  • Build and operate monitoring environments for error detection and capacity planning.
  • Manage and optimize the performance of applications and middleware.
  • Strengthen system security (Security Hardening).

Requirement

[Required Skills]

  • Basic knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP and HTTP.
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical issues causing performance degradation.
  • Programming skills to add features and fix bugs in applications and middleware to improve performance and reliability.
  • At least 3 years of experience in using and operating cloud services like AWS or GCP for commercial systems (B2C or B2B).
  • Experience in developing and operating web applications using Ruby (Ruby on Rails) or other programming languages.
  • Experience in operating RDBMS like MySQL.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing, practicing, and operating Infrastructure as Code.


[Preferred Skills]

  • Experience in developing and operating B2B products.
  • Experience in selecting, integrating, and implementing external APIs or SaaS.
  • Proficiency in using Terraform.
  • Experience with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in improving software based on evaluation metrics such as Four Keys or RASIS.
  • Deep knowledge of security practices.

Work time
