Job description

You will be assigned to work at a client location in Shizuoka Prefecture (such as automobile manufacturers or automobile parts suppliers). The work involves CAE analysis of automobiles and automobile parts, specifically strength performance evaluation of body parts and crash analysis. While certain experience is necessary, there is a nurturing and mentoring environment in place, so please feel reassured. The tasks assigned will be considered based on your experience and aspirations.

Requirement

[Requirements]

Experience in CAE analysis using tools such as LS-DYNA, HyperMesh, Nastran.
Design experience using 3D CAD (NX).

[Preferred Experience]

Experience in strength (structural) analysis, crash safety performance development, legal compliance, or NCAP (New Car Assessment Program) tasks, regardless of the tools used.

Monthly salary of 250,000 yen - 508,000 yen (This is a reference value. The final decision will be made based on your experience and abilities according to company regulations.)
The monthly salary includes contribution allowance.
Salary Review: Once a year (April)
Bonuses: Twice a year (June, December)
A higher salary range is available depending on specialization.
Salary Examples: 4.6 million yen/year at age 25, 5.87 million yen/year at age 30, 6.3 million yen/year at age 35, 7 million yen/year at age 40 (including 30 hours of overtime).
