Job Description:

We are actively recruiting veteran and senior engineers (in their late 40s to late 50s) for our Kansai-based mechanical design positions. We are looking for individuals with extensive experience in design and development work to contribute to business promotion and the training of junior employees.

Age Limit: Up to 59 years old (due to the mandatory retirement age of 60).
Depending on your age and experience, you may be offered a contract employee position (C position).
Number of previous companies worked at is not an issue.
The work involves actual design and development tasks (hands-on work), so those whose main experience in recent years has been in management and who have a long break (about five years or more) from hands-on design and development tasks are not eligible.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for design and development work for automobiles, aircraft, robots, home appliances, etc. The specific tasks will be assigned based on your experience and aspirations.

Detailed Tasks:

Automotive-related: Body, frame, exterior design, interior parts design, engine design, power transmission design, chassis design, brake unit design, air conditioning design, EV/HV/FCV-related design (battery, capacitor, motor design), wire harness design, etc.
Aircraft-related: Aircraft (wings, tail, fuselage, engine, interior equipment), helicopter (tail, airframe structure, engine, power unit), rocket (engine, power unit, electrical systems, various liquid tanks), etc.
Industrial and Consumer Equipment: Heavy electric machinery (generators, motors, transformers), processing machines (multifunctional machines, complex machines), transportation equipment (conveyors, elevators), office equipment (multi-function machines, injectors, printers), consumer equipment (video/image equipment, in-vehicle equipment, air conditioning equipment), medical equipment (imaging diagnostic equipment, treatment surgery equipment), and other industrial machines.
Analysis: Structural and strength analysis, vibration and noise analysis, crash analysis, thermal and fluid analysis, etc.

Requirement

Mandatory: Experience in mechanical design, evaluation, analysis, and CAD operation.

Preferred: Experience with CATIA V5, NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD;

project management experience; experience in designing plastic parts (interior and exterior).

Salary: Monthly salary ranging from 250,000 JPY to 508,000 JPY. The above amount is a reference. The final amount will be decided based on your experience and abilities according to our company's regulations. The monthly salary includes contribution allowances.
