Job description
Job Overview:
You will be responsible for design and development tasks for automobiles, aircraft, robots, home appliances, and more. Tasks will be assigned based on your experience and preferences.
Job Details:
- Automobile-related (Passenger cars, commercial vehicles, special vehicles):
- Body and frame design, exterior design, interior parts design, engine design, power transmission design, chassis design, brake unit design, air conditioning system design, EV, HV, FCV-related design (battery, capacitor, motor design), wire harness design, etc.
- Aircraft-related (Airplanes, helicopters, rockets, etc.):
- Airplanes (wings, tail, fuselage, engine, interior equipment), helicopters (tail, fuselage structure, engine, power unit), rockets (engine, power unit, electrical system, various liquid tanks), etc.
- Industrial equipment, consumer electronics, and others:
- Heavy electrical equipment (generators, motors, transformers), processing equipment (multifunctional processing machines, complex processing machines), transportation equipment (conveyors, elevators), office equipment (multifunction devices, inkjet printers), consumer electronics (video and image equipment, in-vehicle equipment, air conditioning equipment), medical equipment (imaging diagnostic equipment, treatment and surgical equipment), other industrial machinery, etc.
- Analysis:
- Structural and strength stress analysis, vibration and noise analysis, crash analysis, thermal and fluid analysis, etc.
Location:
Initial assignment is expected to be within the Tokai area.
- Future transfers may involve relocation nationwide, focusing on the Kanto, Tokai, Kansai, and Kyushu areas.
- The initial assignment location will be decided after fully considering your preferred location and suitability.
Requirement
Required (MUST):
- Experience in mechanical design, evaluation, analysis, and CAD operation.
- Development experience using any of the following CAD tools: CATIA V5, NX, Solidworks, AutoCAD.
Preferred (WANT):
- Experience using CATIA V5.
- Experience using NX.
- Project management experience.
- Experience in designing plastic parts (interior and exterior).

Salary:
- Monthly salary: ¥250,000 - ¥508,000
- The above amount is a reference and will be determined according to company regulations based on experience and ability.
- The monthly salary includes a contribution allowance.
- Salary Increase: Once a year (April)
- Bonuses: Twice a year (June and December)
- There are higher salary tables based on expertise, allowing for a higher than expected annual income.
- Example Annual Income:
- ¥4.6 million at age 25
- ¥5.87 million at age 30
- ¥6.3 million at age 35
- ¥7 million at age 40 (with 30 hours of overtime included).
Work time
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8 hours of actual work)
- Working hours may vary depending on the assignment location.
- Some locations may have a flexible working hours system.
- Overtime is paid at 100%.
