Job description
Job Details:
- Actively recruiting graduates from industrial high schools and maintenance schools for positions as mechanical engineers with no experience.
- After joining the company, there will be a 2-month training period before assignment, during which you can acquire technical skills.
Specific Work:
- Design and development work for automobiles, aircraft, robots, and home appliances.
- Detailed Work in Automotive:
- Design of bodies, frames, exterior parts, interior parts, engines, powertrains, chassis, brake units, air conditioning systems, EV/HV/FCV-related design (battery, capacitor, motor design), wiring harness design, etc.
- Detailed Work in Aerospace:
- Design of wings, tails, fuselages, engines, interiors, helicopter tails, airframe structures, engines, powertrains, rocket engines, power systems, liquid tanks, etc.
- Industrial and Consumer Equipment:
- Design of heavy electrical equipment (generators, motors, transformers), machining equipment, transport equipment, office equipment, consumer equipment, medical equipment, and other industrial machinery.
- Analysis:
- Structural, strength, stress analysis, vibration, noise analysis, collision analysis, thermal, fluid analysis, etc.
Work Location:
- Initial assignment is expected to be in the Tokai area
- Nationwide transfer involving relocation is possible, mainly in Kanto, Tokai, Kansai, and Kyushu regions
- Initial placement will be decided after fully considering your preferred location and suitability
- Scope of Location Change: Location assigned by the company
Requirement
Must:
- Experience in mechanical design, evaluation, analysis, and CAD operation.
- Development experience with one of the following CAD software: CATIA V5, NX, Solidworks, AutoCAD.
Preferred:
- Experience with CATIA V5, NX.
- Project management experience.
- Experience in designing plastic parts (interior, exterior).
