【Recruitment Background】

Currently, at the Yokohama R&D Center, multiple contract projects are underway, primarily focused on automobiles, which is our company's strength. However, in the mid-to-long term, we are expanding into other fields such as aerospace and consumer products. To support this expansion, we are seeking project leaders who can take on future projects for Persol Cross Technology. We encourage those who want to hone their technical skills as engineers and aim to become project leaders in the future to apply. Industry and product experience are not required, and even if you lack practical leadership experience, we are eager to work with those who want to broaden their engineering scope.

【Job Overview】

The initial assignment is expected to be at the Yokohama R&D Center, where you will participate in contract projects focusing on mechanical design for automobiles and home appliances. However, in the future, you will have opportunities to advance your career by taking on projects for various products. Responsibilities will be assigned considering your experience and preferences.

Requirement

Essential Requirements: Experience in mechanical design using 3D CAD (e.g., CATIA V5, NX, SolidWorks, Creo, etc.).

Preferred Requirements: Experience in leadership or management roles.

Work Location:

The initial location is expected to be the Yokohama R&D Center. Future transfers with relocation may occur nationwide, mainly in the Kanto, Tokai, Kansai, and Kyushu regions. The initial assignment location will be determined considering your preferences and suitability.
