Job Description:

We are actively recruiting veteran and senior engineers (in their late 40s to late 50s) for our Tokai-based electrical and electronic design positions. We are looking for individuals with extensive experience in design and development work to contribute to business promotion and the training of junior employees.
Up to 59 years old (due to the mandatory retirement age of 60).
Depending on your age and experience, you may be offered a contract employee position (C position).
Number of previous companies worked at is not an issue.
The work involves actual design and development tasks (hands-on work), so those whose main experience in recent years has been in management and who have a long break (about five years or more) from hands-on design and development tasks are not eligible.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for design and development work for automobiles, robotics, and home appliances. Specific tasks will be assigned based on your experience and aspirations.

Detailed Tasks:

Electronic Circuit Design:
Switches
Sensor inputs
Display
Lighting control
Actuator control
Communication (wired and wireless)
Video data communication
Microcontrollers
Power supplies
Sensor output, etc.
EMC Noise Evaluation:
Emission
Immunity
Effectiveness confirmation, etc.
IC Development:
FPGA, ASIC (digital circuit design), etc.
Analysis of heat and electromagnetic fields

Requirement

Mandatory (MUST):

Experience in analog and digital circuit design and development
Experience in circuit design and circuit testing and evaluation

Preferred (WANT):

Project management experience
Experience in automotive design
Experience in designing industrial equipment and industrial robots
Experience using various tools for design, analysis, and verification
Experience in model-based design and C language development (implementation level is acceptable)
Experience in RTL design

Salary: Monthly salary ranging from 250,000 JPY to 508,000 JPY. The above amount is a reference. The final amount will be decided based on your experience and abilities according to our company's regulations. The monthly salary includes contribution allowances.

Salary Increase: Once a year (April)
Bonus: Twice a year (June and December)
Annual Salary Example: 4.6 million JPY for a 25-year-old, 5.87 million JPY for a 30-year-old, 6.3 million JPY for a 35-year-old, 7 million JPY for a 40-year-old (including 30 hours of overtime).
