Job description
Job Description & Work Environment:
- A wide range of tasks from requirement definition and detailed design to implementation and testing.
- A work environment that values teamwork, in forms such as dispatch or on-site contracts.
- Building in-house training related to ADAS and conducting actual training sessions.
Examples of Development Projects:
- ADAS-related requirement analysis, model defect analysis.
- AUTOSAR-compliant control design and evaluation for steering, cameras, etc.
- Tool creation.
- Specification review related to autonomous driving functions and verification through real vehicle testing.
- Design, prototyping, and evaluation of radar ECU and IC evaluation boards.

- In addition to gaining experience in interacting with major automakers and parts manufacturers and the full V-model process, you will have opportunities to build leadership skills by guiding younger engineers. Requirement
Required (MUST):
- Development experience using any of the following languages: C, C++, C#, Java, Python.
- Experience in embedded software development or model-based development.
- ADAS-related development experience (cameras, image recognition, millimeter-wave radar, Lidar, autonomous driving, sensor fusion).
- Experience in ADAS-related training and as a lecturer.
Preferred (WANT):
- Experience in ADAS-related development (cameras, image recognition, millimeter-wave radar, Lidar, autonomous driving, sensor fusion).
- Development experience using Matlab/Simulink.
- Knowledge of image recognition using cameras and AI.
- Project management experience.
- Experience in the full software development lifecycle (V-model process).
- Experience in network/system development.

Salary:
- Monthly salary: ¥250,000 - ¥508,000
- This range is indicative and will be determined based on experience and ability according to company regulations.
- The monthly salary includes a contribution allowance.
- Salary Increase: Once a year (April)
- Bonuses: Twice a year (June and December)
- There are higher salary tables based on expertise, allowing for a higher than expected annual income.
- Example Annual Income:
- ¥4.6 million at age 25
- ¥5.87 million at age 30
- ¥6.3 million at age 35
- ¥7 million at age 40 (with 30 hours of overtime included).
Work time
Working Hours:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8 hours of actual work)

- Overtime is paid at 100%.
