Job description
Job Summary:
- You will be responsible for automotive-related experimental and evaluation tasks.
- Our company has its own experimental equipment, and we welcome those who wish to advance their careers from operators to technicians.
- Note: We will adjust the tasks assigned based on your experience and preferred duties.
Job Details:
- Experimental measurement and evaluation tasks, and certification services for automotive.
- Vehicle testing (overall evaluation through test course driving or external driving):
- Comprehensive evaluation (feeling evaluation)
- Layout (maintenance and interference evaluation)
- Ride comfort
- Power fuel efficiency
- Handling stability
- Braking performance
- Sound and vibration evaluation
- Certification tests:
- Exhaust gas
- Braking
- Noise and other certification tests
- Experimental technical tasks related to vehicle testing:
- Evaluation criteria review
- Data analysis
- Technical proposals, etc.
- Engine testing (various evaluations using engine dynamometer equipment):
- Durability
- Exhaust gas
- Fuel efficiency
- Vibration, stress, noise
- Certification tests
- Drive train testing (various evaluations using dynamometer equipment or during vehicle driving):
- Durability evaluation of transmission, differential gears, shafts, etc.
- Unit testing (various evaluations during vehicle driving or using vibration equipment and anechoic chamber):
- Vibration, stress, noise evaluation of vehicle parts
- Electromagnetic interference evaluation
- Experimental technical tasks related to engine, unit, and driveline:
- Evaluation criteria review
- Data analysis
- Technical proposals, etc.
Requirement
Must:
- Ordinary driver’s license (MT)
- Experience in automotive maintenance (graduates from automotive mechanic school are acceptable) or experience in automotive testing and evaluation
Preferred:
- Hazardous materials handling qualification (Class 4)

- 5.87 million yen (30 years old)
- 6.3 million yen (35 years old)
- 7 million yen (40 years old) (including 30 hours of overtime)
Work time
- 9:00 – 18:00 (8 hours of work)
- May vary depending on the assignment location; flex-time system available
- Overtime allowance up to 100%
