Job description

Job Overview: You will be responsible for experimental and evaluation tasks mainly related to automobiles. Our company, which has its own experimental facilities, warmly welcomes those who wish to advance their career from operator to technician. Your tasks will be adjusted based on your experience and preferred work.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Experimental measurement, evaluation, and certification tasks related to automobiles.
Vehicle testing (overall evaluation through test course driving or external driving).
Comprehensive evaluation (feeling evaluation), layout (maintenance and interference evaluation), ride comfort, power fuel efficiency, handling stability, braking performance, noise and vibration evaluations.
Certification tests → Various certification tests for exhaust gas, braking, and noise.
Experimental technical tasks related to vehicle experiments.
Evaluation criteria examination, data analysis, technical proposals.
Engine experiments (various evaluations using engine dynamometer equipment).
Durability, exhaust gas, fuel efficiency, vibration, stress, noise, certification tests.
Drive train experiments (various evaluations using bench equipment or during vehicle operation).
Durability evaluation of transmission, differential gears, shafts.
Unit bench experiments (various evaluations using vehicle operation, vibration equipment, or anechoic chambers).
Evaluation of vibration, stress, noise of vehicle parts, electromagnetic interference evaluation.
Experimental technical tasks related to engines, units, and drive lines.
Evaluation criteria examination, data analysis, technical proposals.

Initial Assignment Location: Expected to be assigned within the South Kanto area.

※ Future transfers may occur to various locations nationwide, including Kanto, Tokai, Kansai, and Kyushu.
※ The initial assignment location will be decided considering your preferences and suitability.
Scope of location changes: As designated by the company.

Employment Type: Full-time employee.

Requirement

Mandatory (MUST):

Ordinary driver's license (MT).
Experience in automotive maintenance (including graduates from automotive maintenance schools) or experience in automotive experimental and evaluation tasks.

Preferred (WANT):

Hazardous materials handling Class B4 qualification.

Salary:

Monthly salary from 250,000 to 508,000 yen.
※ The above amount is a reference. The salary will be determined based on experience and ability according to company regulations.

Salary Increase: Once a year (April).
Bonus: Twice a year (June and December).
※ Higher salary tables may be available based on professional development.
Annual Salary Example:
4.6 million yen/25 years old, 5.87 million yen/30 years old, 6.3 million yen/35 years old, 7 million yen/40 years old (※ Including 30 hours of overtime).
