- You will be in charge of the main experimental and evaluation work related to automobiles.
- Our company has its own testing facilities, and we welcome those who want to advance from an operator to a technician.
- The work you will be assigned will be adjusted according to your experience and job preferences.
[Job Details]
- Experimental measurement and evaluation work related to automobiles, certification tasks.
- Vehicle testing (general vehicle evaluation through test course runs and external runs).
- Comprehensive evaluation (feeling evaluation), layout (maintenance and interference evaluation), comfort, fuel efficiency, handling stability, braking performance, sound, vibration, etc.
- Certification tests (various certification tests for exhaust gas, brakes, noise, etc.).
- Experimental technical work related to vehicle testing.
- Evaluation criteria review, data analysis, technical proposals.
- Engine testing (various evaluations using engine dynamometers and chassis dynamometers).
- Durability, exhaust gas, fuel consumption, vibration, stress, noise, certification tests.
- Drivetrain testing (various evaluations of stress, vibration, and noise during bench or vehicle testing).
- Durability evaluation of transmissions, differential gears, shafts, etc.
- Unit bench testing (various evaluations such as vibration, stress, noise, electromagnetic interference in vehicle operation and through vibration equipment or anechoic chambers).
- Evaluation of vehicle parts, including vibration, stress, noise, electromagnetic interference.
- Experimental technical work related to engines, units, and drivelines.
Work location: Initially in the Tokai area, with the possibility of relocation in the future.
Requirement
Required (MUST)
- Regular driver's license (MT).
- Experience in automobile maintenance (graduates from maintenance schools are also acceptable) or experience in automobile testing and evaluation work.
Preferred (WANT)
- Hazardous Materials Handling Class 4 qualification.

Salary:
- Monthly salary: 250,000 yen - 508,000 yen
- Salary will be determined based on experience and ability according to company regulations.
- Monthly salary includes contributions.
- Salary Increase: Once a year (April)
- Bonus: Twice a year (June, December)
Work time
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8 hours actual work)
- May vary slightly depending on the assigned location.
- Flexible working hours available depending on the assigned location.
- Overtime pay is provided at 100%.
