Job description
[Job Overview]
- You will be responsible for experimental and evaluation tasks, primarily related to automobiles. Our company has its own experimental facilities and welcomes those who wish to advance from operator to technician.
- The assigned work will be adjusted based on your experience and job preferences.
[Job Details]
- Experimental measurement, evaluation tasks, and certification work mainly related to automobiles
- Vehicle tests (test course driving and external driving for overall vehicle evaluation)
- Comprehensive evaluation (feeling assessment), layout (maintenance and interference evaluation), ride comfort, fuel efficiency, handling stability, braking performance, sound, and vibration evaluation
- Certification tests → Emission, braking, and noise certification tests
- Technical tasks related to vehicle experiments
- Evaluation standard review, data analysis, technical proposals
- Engine experiments (evaluation on test benches or chassis dynamometers)
- Durability, exhaust gas, fuel consumption, vibration, stress, noise, and certification tests
- Drivetrain experiments (stress, vibration, and noise evaluations during vehicle operation)
- Durability evaluation of transmissions, differential gears, shafts
- Bench testing for unit parts (evaluation of vibration, stress, and noise of vehicle components during operation or using vibration equipment and anechoic chambers)
- Electromagnetic interference evaluation, technical verification related to engine, unit, and drivetrain experiments
- Review evaluation standards, data analysis, technical proposals
[Work Location]
- The initial assignment is expected to be within Shizuoka Prefecture
- Future relocations may occur nationwide, primarily to Kanto, Tokai, Kansai, and Kyushu regions
- The first assignment will be decided based on your preferences and aptitudes
Requirement
- Mandatory (MUST)
- Regular driver’s license (MT)
- Experience in automotive maintenance (graduates from mechanic schools are acceptable) or experience in automotive testing and evaluation
- Preferred (WANT)
- Hazardous Materials Handling Class 4 Certification

Monthly salary: 250,000 – 508,000 yen
- The specific salary will be determined based on experience and ability in accordance with company policy
- The monthly salary includes allowances
- Salary increase once per year (April)

- Annual income examples:
- 4.6 million yen (25 years old)
- 5.87 million yen (30 years old)
- 6.3 million yen (35 years old)
- 7 million yen (40 years old) (including 30 hours of overtime)
Work time
- 9:00 – 18:00 (8 hours of work)
- May vary depending on the assignment location; flex-time system available
- Overtime allowance up to 100%
