Job description
Job Summary:
- Responsible for experimentation and evaluation primarily related to automobiles. Our company has its own experimental facilities, and we welcome those who want to advance their career from operators to technicians. The tasks assigned will be adjusted based on your experience and career aspirations.
Job Details:
- Experimentation and measurement, certification work related to automobiles
- Vehicle testing (general evaluation through test course driving and external driving)
- Overall evaluation (feeling evaluation), layout (maintainability and interference evaluation), ride comfort, power fuel efficiency, handling stability, braking performance, noise and vibration evaluation
- Certification tests → Various certification tests such as exhaust gases, braking, noise
- Experimental technology work related to vehicle testing: Evaluation criteria consideration, data analysis, technical proposals
- Engine testing (various evaluations on engine stands and chassis dynamometers)
- Durability, exhaust gases, fuel consumption, vibration, stress, noise, certification testing
- Drive train testing (various evaluations of stress, vibration, noise on stands or during vehicle operation)
- Durability evaluation of transmission, differential gears, shafts
- Unit stand testing (various evaluations of vehicle parts’ vibration, stress, noise, and electromagnetic interference)
- Experimental technology work related to engines, units, and drivetrains: Evaluation criteria consideration, data analysis, technical proposals
Initial Work Location:
- Initially assigned to the Kansai area.
- Future transfers possible to Kanto, Tokai, Kansai, Kyushu, and other locations across Japan, including relocation.
- Initial assignment will be decided after careful consideration of your preferred work location and suitability.
Requirement
Must Have:
- Driver's license (MT)
- Experience in automobile maintenance (including those from mechanic schools) or experience in automotive experimentation and evaluation
Preferred:
- Hazardous materials handling certification, Category 4

Salary:
- Monthly salary: 250,000 yen - 508,000 yen
- Salary will be determined based on experience and ability according to company regulations.
- Monthly salary includes contributions.
- Salary Increase: Once a year (April)
- Bonus: Twice a year (June, December)
Work time
- 00 AM to 6:00 PM (8 hours actual work)
- May vary slightly depending on the assigned location.
- Flexible working hours available depending on the assigned location.
- Overtime pay is provided at 100%.
