You will be responsible for experimentation and evaluation tasks primarily related to automobiles. Tasks will be adjusted based on your experience and desired duties.

Experimental measurement and evaluation tasks primarily related to automobiles, and certification tasks
Vehicle experiments (comprehensive evaluation through test course driving and external driving)
Comprehensive evaluation (feeling evaluation), layout (maintainability, interference evaluation), ride comfort, power fuel economy, handling stability, braking performance, noise, and vibration evaluation
Certification tests → Various certification tests such as exhaust gas, brakes, noise, etc.
Experimental technology tasks related to vehicle experiments, including evaluation criteria consideration, data analysis, technical proposals, etc.
Engine experiments (evaluation using engine test benches and chassis dynamometers)
Durability, exhaust gas, fuel economy, vibration, stress, noise, and certification tests
Drivetrain experiments (evaluation of stress, vibration, noise, etc., during bench testing and vehicle driving)
Durability evaluation of transmissions, differential gears, shafts, etc.
Unit bench experiments (evaluation during vehicle driving, shaking equipment, or anechoic chambers)
Evaluation of vehicle components for vibration, stress, noise, and electromagnetic interference
Experimental technology tasks related to engine, unit, and driveline experiments, including evaluation criteria consideration, data analysis, technical proposals, etc.

Requirement

Graduates from automotive maintenance schools or mechanical engineering departments.
Graduates from automotive maintenance schools
Experience working at a dealership or as a mechanic
Hazardous Materials Handler Class 4 certification
Graduates from technical high schools or mechanical engineering departments with automotive knowledge
Experience in car maintenance as a hobby and understanding of parts names
Participation in car races
Work experience in the automotive industry

Work Location:

The initial assignment is expected to be in the Tokai region.

In the future, transfers with relocation may occur nationwide, mainly in the Kanto, Tokai, Kansai, and Kyushu regions.

The initial assignment location will be determined considering your preferences and suitability.

Salary:

Monthly salary: 250,000 JPY - 508,000 JPY

The above amounts are reference values. The final decision will be made based on experience and ability according to company regulations.

The monthly salary includes contribution allowances.

Salary Increase: Once a year (April)

Bonuses: Twice a year (June and December)
